Who we’re looking for

Typically, you’ll have at least 5 years’ experience as an Interim and, prior to that, will have reached senior management level within full-time positions. We look particularly for sector-specific knowledge or expertise in a particular role and proven skills that will benefit our clients.

Assignments with Walker-Cox often run for much longer than the industry standard

We are trusted by our clients as a supplier of high quality, talented and experienced Interims – people who know how to get things done. Our selection and registration process is therefore rigorous and to the highest levels of security.

Stage 1 – Seniority and sector relevance

Stage 2 – Telephone discussion

Stage 3 – Structured qualifying interviews

If your application is accepted we will require:

  • A signed confidentiality agreement
  • Two references and contact details
  • A copy of your passport photo page
  • A copy of a recent utility bill

In return, we ensure that contracts are secure and payment is prompt. We also provide additional support, if required, during an assignment.
